The Defining Moments Theme Music The Defining Moments theme music is from the first movement of J. S. Bach's Cantata No. 76, "The Heavens Declare the Glory of God" from Psalm 19. We're using a version sung in the German Bach used, Martin Luther's translation. In his 20's, while living in Los Alamos, New Mexico, Bob sang tenor in the choruses of this piece with the Los Alamos Choral Society. He's loved it ever since, especially the F Trumpet solo opening the first movement, which was played beautifully by Mr. Jan McDonald, then a music teacher at Los Alamos High School. Bob had never sung this kind of music before, and it was a defining moment for him. Click the link below to play it or to download an MP3 of it.
